Pewter is an alloy consisting of mostly tin and it is the fourth most precious metal. It also has very small amounts of antimony and copper which is added mainly for strength and/or colour. 

This sculpture of a stallion rearing with waves at his feet was created to commemorate 2002’s Year of the Water Horse, combining strength and perseverance as symbolized by the horse, with prosperity and good fortune represented by water.

In both Vastu and Feng Shui, statues of animals are considered auspicious. A statue of any animal is good for financial health of the family. It is also considered good for happiness and prosperity. Feng Shui Horse represents speed, perseverance, loyalty, strength and success.
