Pewter is an alloy consisting of mostly tin and it is the fourth most precious metal.
It also has very small amounts of antimony and copper which is added
mainly for strength and/or colour.
Wayang Kulit is a form of traditional theater that uses the principles of light and shadow. The shadow of a leather sculpture made up of various methological and imaginary characters is run by a Mastermind. Wayang kulit performances are
often accompanied by a beat or gamelan music group as well as a
wind instrument (flute) or stringed instrument (fiddle).
This Wayang Kulit is made from highly polished fine Malaysian pewter with
gold plated and surrounded with songket border. Actual product comes with clear glass front. There may be slight color difference due to lighting and screen.
